What brings you to therapy?
We often begin therapy when we are feeling lost, stuck or confused.  We may feel overwhelmed with the experience of depression, anxiety or grief.  Sometimes a new problem brings us to therapy, something we have never had to face before.  Other times we come to therapy with problems that feel very old and have been with us most of our lives.  We seek out therapy when we realize that we need help, that we cannot or do not want to go through this on our own.
